* This Privacy Policy provides notice about the website's information collection practices to parents and confirms that the website obtains verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from children.
* Your child's personal information will NOT be disclosed to third parties, except in limited circumstances specifically in accordance with this Privacy Policy and with the approval of a Parent.

Why do we collect information from children and how do we use it?
Obtaining parental consent. We may collect online contact information from your child, who is under the age of 13, in order to obtain parental consent from you, the child's Parent or legal guardian, and/or to provide parental notice to you, the child’s Parent or legal guardian. If we believe a child is under 13 years of age, the child's account will remain disabled until the Parent activates the child's registration. The account, along with all information provided by the child, will be deleted from our records if we have not obtained consent from a Parent within a reasonable period of time. If and when we have obtained consent from a Parent, we ask for and collect from children under the age of 13 Personally Identifiable Information that is reasonably necessary to provide the Service to the child; provided, however, that no child’s ability to use the Service shall be conditioned on such child’s disclosure of more Personally Identifiable Information than is reasonably necessary in order to provide the Service to such child.
Accessing and deleting children's information.? Please note that you can always ask us to review or delete any of your child's information and you can refuse to permit further collection or use of your child's information at any time by sending a written request to the contact information listed below. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect and use information in connection with the Service.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the www.kidzillions.com Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) [Insert Hyperlink to Terms of Use here]. HOW IT WORKS ? www.kidzillions.com is an application that helps kids learn, on a small scale, about how to participate in the world at large. Our allowance and chore rewards platform helps kids manage their own money with interactive tools that help them plan and save for their purchases. The allowance parents or legal guardians (“Guardians,” and collectively with parents, “Parents”) give is promissory, and is distributed automatically on a Parent-designated day. Parents can establish chore schedules and, if desired, connect bonus work to a financial bonus. Kids manage their own time, money and chores. Balance updates are made when Parents verify work, via email or mobile alert.
Parents:? We are dedicated to providing a safe environment for your children. As such, we feel it is best that you know who is giving your child money, and in what amounts. To that end, the Service requires that Parents set up all accounts and register as the Parent or legal guardian of your child. No purchase is necessary to create such an account.
